Our prices are very competitive and we are always up front and honest when quoting. If a job requires extra parts or materials we will discuss it with you before continuing work, to make sure you are fully informed about any extra costs. All prices given for estimates & quotations will be subject to VAT at the current rate.
We make things a little easier when it comes to payment. We accept all major credit & debit cards. Our other payment options are by cash or guaranteed cheque.
Terms & Conditions
We are now pleased to offer our service either on a half or full day basis. We would appreciate that you abide by our strict terms & conditions set out below:-
- Our full working day is from 08.00 - 17.00 with a 1 hour break. Monday - Friday.
- Our half day is from 08.00 - 12.00 or 13.00 - 17.00. Monday - Friday.
- Our emergency service will be charged by way of an hourly rated system. Contact us for further details.
- All emergency issues need to be paid to our engineer upon receipt of our invoice. we will allow 30 days for payment to be made.
- Late or non payments will be dealt with by our debt collection company and further charges will be applied.
- All prices for materials & labour will incur a VAT charge at the current rate.
- Our vans are fully stocked with materials, if however we do not have the correct part, any travelling time will be in your period of hire.
- A 20% surcharge is added on to any purchased materials.
- When we are starting any work, please have the area clear as any moving of furniture etc will be in your period of hire.
- We operate a customer booking system by appointment. If you wish to cancel any arranged appointment, please give us 24hrs notice otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
- On emergency work, we try our hardest to respond to and repair within the hour. If however you are out of our area, please be patient as we will respond in the fastest possible time.
- Viewing for quotations & estimates are generally free of charge with no obligation. We will arrange a time convenient to you including evenings & weekends.
